Other service details	Frank served at home from 1 Sep 1914 until 30 Jun 1915 when he was posted to the Mediterranean Expeditionary Force on 1 Jul 1915 serving in the Dardanelles He returned home to Greylingwell Hospital, Chichester on 10 Sep 1915 after being wounded. He was the sent to the Duchess of Norfolk Home in Littlehampton.

Circumstances of death	Frank suffered a gun shot wound on 19 Aug 1915 which caused paralysis of his lower body. He was discharged from the service as no longer physically fit on 2 Oct 1916. Frank died in Littlehampton on 24 May 1917 and was buried at St Mary's Churchyard on 29 May 1917.
